Student services Center (SSC) of University of Lahore (UoL) is envisaged to offer one-step, efficient, and excellent services to its students and develop them academically and physically in an inclusive environment. SSC is operating under principles of a sense of service, courtesy, fairness, integrity, empathy, efficiency, teamwork and learning. Goals of SSC includes recruiting and retaining best student, provide excellent admin services, enable students to develop life skills, and promote continuous improvement to achieve excellence in student services.
SSC has been organized into five units that include University Admission Services (UAS), Student Admin Services (SAS), Student Life Services (SLS), Student Support Services (SSS), and Student Services Quality Assurance Unit (SSQAU). In order to provide services related to admissions like arrangement of admission tests and merit list preparation UAS works in close coordination with SSC. SAS provides one stop shop for all administrative services related to student registry services, student examination services, student finance services, student residential services, and student transport services. SSC provides services to support students in the matters related to academic, personal, and career development and health issues.
SSC fosters the personal, emotional and academic well-being of student through counseling and career services. Health & disabilities services provides first aid services to all departments, trains staff for basic self aid, provides full time medical staff, arranges health care awareness programs and establishes blood bank for blood donations.
